When will my items be delivered?
We deliver 7 days of the week. Most orders will be delivered before your arrival.
If your home or rental property is in a guarded community, PLEASE put us on the approved vendor list for both delivery and pick up. If we are not allowed to enter the community, your gear may not be available for your first night and you'll pay a redelivery fee of at least $50. No one likes wasted money or time and not having a crib for the baby can be a big problem.
We will call you for delivery & pickup with a time, if we are not able to deliver or pickup the items we have to charge at least $50 for an extra trip.
Rental items must be ready for pick up by 9 AM on the day of your departure!

What is your cancellation policy?
A&A Baby Rentals know that plans can change. Cancellations made outside of 24 hours of the scheduled delivery day will incur no charges!
How late can we order?
We will try our best to accommodate all requests and orders, our goal is for you to have the most enjoyable time on your vacation.
How much does delivery cost?
There are no delivery charges for orders over $100 in value. For all other orders there is a $10 fee.
Is there a minimum reservation amount?
Yes but only for the following Towns: Venice, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Anna Maria Island & Holmes Beach, the minimum reservation amount is $50.00! For Parrish, Palmetto, Manasota Key, North Port and Myakka City the minimum is $100 and for Gasparilla Island $150.
Do you install car seats?
Sorry due to liability A&A Baby Rentals does not install car seats. We will provide a copy on the installation manual from the manufacturer with every car seat.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
To ensure availability, we suggest that you place your order as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. We understand that sometimes plans cannot be made until the last minute, so we will do our best to accommodate your schedule and needs.

Is set-up included with my order?
Crib set up and take down is included with deliveries of full-size cribs to residences. We are also able to set-up other items that you may need assistance with.
Can I schedule a specific time for delivery?
Like any other delivery company our vans need to stay on a route. The route is planned the day before the delivery is scheduled. If someone needs to be present for the delivery, you will be notified by phone as to the delivery time. If you need a specific delivery or pick up time because no other arrangements can be made, additional charges will apply.
Do you move my equipment?
Yes we do the best to make your stay confortable. There is a minimum $10 charge. Please call us at 941-921-7688 and we will help you.
Do you purchase used equipment?
No, all of our equipment is purchased from the manufacturer. They all meet the JPMA standards. Buying direct keeps our inventory lines uniform and we are assured of getting up to date inventory complete with manuals. This also ensures that we are notifies directly in case of any recalls.
Are your rental items sanitized?
Yes, our equipment is fully sterilized with a hospital grade all natural cleanser upon arrival to our warehouse facility. It is also inspected at that time for any maintenance issues. Inventory is again inspected at the time of delivery to insure your satisfaction.
Are there a minimum number of days that I have to rent your products?
You may rent our products for as many or as few days as you need, however there is a one week minimum charge for all items.
